To ensure quality, a potential partner must meet the following criteria in order to become a preferred partner

Sourcing - we check several companies for price and service before signing up our partners. All our partners are known for their service and customer satisfaction, we never choose a partner only on price.

Vetting - we check all relevant insurance and licenses and obtain client references before proceeding with a partner.

Complaints - we then have an internal complaints procedure in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the service.

Supplier Management - one of our employees work with our partners throughout the project to ensure that we deliver exactly what we say we are going to!
